Office Admin Assistant

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using computerized systems such as Xero
- Assist with basic clerical tasks including filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
- Manage office equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
- Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work activities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
