**About Malary**

Malary Ltd are a leading Waste Management and Recycling Company, we have an immediate vacancy for an Office Administrator. We are a small family run company specialising in the waste industry.

We have a close, friendly team who work together, support each other and are focused in delivering the best services possible.

**Office Administrator - (40hrs per week - Monday to Friday 9.00 till 17.30)**

**Key Duties Include**
- Raising and printing transport / driver paperwork
- Accounts support
- Preparing waste documentation and updating systems to maintain environmental compliance
- Cross checking admin documentation received between operations, admin and accounts to ensure accurate information is used and applied
- Assisting the Transport Manager, Operations Manager and Commercial Manager with any admin support
- Filing and general administration
- Answering the telephone and filtering calls to correct individuals or taking/forwarding messages
- Handling weighbridge and reception daily
- Any other ad hoc admin support within all admin areas of the business
