📌 You will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing the student experience by contributing to the maintenance of a supportive and inclusive environment within the School. 🏫
🔑 Responsibilities include: 🔑
Assisting with admissions, enrolment, and visa records.
Supporting the admissions and compliance officer.
Representing the School in a professional customer-focused environment.
Collaborating with multiple teams, including accommodation, finance, and academic, among others.
Assisting students with opening bank accounts and maintaining school records.
Working towards ensuring equality of opportunity and safeguarding principles. 🤝🕒 Working hours: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday (10am to 3pm) with additional overtime hours during the start and end of term.
💰 Salary: £25,000 Full time equivalent, as this is part time the salary will be pro-rated to £20,000 per annum.
🗓️ Holiday entitlement: 25 days annual leave per year plus all public holidays. Holiday restrictions apply during specific periods.
✅ Essential requirements: ✅
A-levels or equivalent education.
ICT experience, specifically with Microsoft Office.
Experience in a fast-paced office environment.
Experience working with a Management Information System.📝 Desirable experience: 📝
Experience working in an international school/college.
