The Opportunity:
The Regional Marketing Lead will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth across the UK. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all marketing activities within the region, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with the company's overall marketing objectives.

Key accountabilities:

- Develop and implement regional marketing plans that align with the company's overall marketing and business goals.
- Identify key target markets, customer segments, buyer journeys, persona demographics and channels within the region.
- Collaborate with the global marketing team to a. contribute knowledge of local regional markets and competitive insight, identify and plan local channels to market as part of the marketing plan and, c. tailor and adapt global campaigns and initiatives to suit regional needs and implement
- Manage and lead a regional marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations
- Plan and execute integrated 360 degree (whole of funnel) marketing campaigns across various channels, collaborating with colleagues across the whole marketing, communications and Govt Affairs/Analyst Relations team from beginning to end.
- Monitor regional market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies, where necessary leveraging internal (product development insight) and external sources.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure effective communication, lead handoff, and alignment on marketing efforts.
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to make informed decisions and optimizations.
- Manage the regional marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to enhance the impact of marketing initiatives.
- Act as the regional brand ambassador, ensuring consistent messaging and brand identity across all touchpoints.
- Drive innovation in marketing strategies by staying updated on industry best practices and emerging trends.

Functional and technical skills:

- Proven experience in marketing, within a leadership or managerial role
- Strong understanding of regional market dynamics, cultural nuances, and customer behaviors.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze and interpret metrics to make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of innovation in marketing approaches.
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and priorities.
