BW Legal are recruiting for their next cohort of superstar Customer Service Advisors in our Contact Centre. If youre currently working in hospitality, retail or care, your excellent customer service skills could be perfect for a successful career with us. Our next group of new colleagues are joining us on Monday 14th March - could you be amongst them?
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will receive rigorous training and become an expert in effectively helping our customers with the affordable repayment of debt in a fair and responsible manner.
Working from our modern offices in Leeds, you will liaise with our customers over the telephone to assist them in identifying the right repayment plan. This is achieved by asking the right questions and listening to the customer, displaying empathy and advising them on the options available in a fair and ethical manner.

Our accredited and comprehensive training is provided by our in-house Learning and Development team. This begins with an initial four weeks of classroom knowledge-based training within an interactive team environment. After building the foundations of your knowledge, this is then followed by several weeks in our training academy in which you will be fully supported by our experienced Coaching Champions and nurtured to become the best that you can be.
The role of Customer Service Advisor can be both rewarding and challenging, but you will be generously remunerated with 6-monthly performance-based salary progressions. Once qualified from our training academy, you will then progress to the monthly quality assurance bonus scheme and gain access to Saturday overtime opportunities. At BW Legal, we want to nurture the very best talent and so we have a great length of service salary package. Taking all of this into account, our experienced Advisors are earning significantly more per year for a 30 hour contract.
Your working week will be 30 hours over 5 days on a weekly set shift pattern, Monday to Friday. The Contact Centres shift patterns vary but most common are 8am-2pm and 1pm-7pm (or 12pm-6pm on a Friday) and you will work an equal balance of both morning and afternoon shifts. In addition to this, you will work 1 in 4 Saturdays which operate on a 9am to 2pm shift once you qualify which are paid at an overtime rate.
