This position is 20 hours per week for 34 weeks of the year. The purpose of the Customer Services Team is to co-ordinate the planning, monitoring and delivery of the ‘customer experience’ focusing on front of house delivery to all internal and external stakeholders and customers. Its core purpose will be to drive synergies of practice across the entire Estate and Facilities Management Service, managing customer experience, governance and operational safety, bringing coherence via Business Partnering to how activity relates to broader institutional objectives. It will drive connectivity to faculties, schools and departments to support academic and professional service delivery.

You will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer care is delivered through mentoring; fulfilling additional tasks in the planning, organisation and delivery of reactive maintenance via our CAFAM system. You will oversee the full lifecycle of the task management process incorporating logging and updating tasks, resource management, contractor process management and report production.
