Job Title: Helpdesk Co-ordinator Location: Liverpool Salary: £26,500 A global FM Client is looking for an ambitious Helpdesk Coordinator to play a pivotal role in supporting an exciting new venture in the Defence industry. The role will be key in establishing a brand new Helpdesk for the project. You will be responsible for delivering world-class customer service representative of the Client, managing scheduling and acting as the key point-of-contact for all maintenance provisions across the contract. Your key duties will include: Handle inbound phone calls within the contract in a professional manner. Co-ordinate the delivery of all reactive and PPM responsibilities, maintaining proper and safe working practices Ensuring the upkeep, maintenance and maximum efficiency of all systems at all times Monitor emails, purchase orders and other potential contact points within the contract Monitor Service Requests on the CAFM system.
