Job Title: Helpdesk Co-ordinator
A global FM Client is looking for an ambitious Helpdesk Coordinator to play a pivotal role in supporting an exciting new venture in the Defence industry. The role will be key in establishing a brand new Helpdesk for the project.
You will be responsible for delivering world-class customer service representative of the Client, managing scheduling and acting as the key point-of-contact for all maintenance provisions across the contract.
Handle inbound phone calls within the contract in a professional manner.
Monitor emails, purchase orders and other potential contact points within the contract
Monitor Service Requests on the CAFM system.
Providing excellent customer experience at all times
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong IT skills
6% contribution to appropriate pension scheme
25 days annual leave
