- Drive continuous improvements in office procedures and digital workflow.

**Requirements**:

- Proven background in administrative roles with a strong emphasis on digital tool proficiency.
- Exceptional computer skills, with the capability to master new systems like Fresho and Xero quickly.
- Outstanding communication abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- OrganiSational expertise with a knack for multitasking and prioritising tasks.
- Familiarity with HACCP reporting is a plus.
