To provide Administration support within the Prevention Recovery and Wellbeing Directorate Emotional Wellbeing service.

The post holder will work as an essential member of the Prevention Recovery Wellbeing service and support in delivering an effective, efficient, responsive, and high-quality service.

Provide administrative support to clinical teams and support services within standard administrative and/or reception procedures.

Contribute to the planning and development of the service/department as a member of the team.

Work closely with the team to gain the required skills, knowledge and behaviours for the role.
- Answering phone calls and taking messages
- Maintaining the storage of files/folders on servers
- Recording meeting minutes
- Covering reception
- Provide information to clients regarding the service offer available
- Provide and receive routine information orally, in writing or electronically to inform work colleagues, patients, clients, carers, the public/external contacts.
- Demonstrate a competent level of inter-personal skills when providing information of a non-clinical nature to staff, clients, carers, public/external agencies, maintaining the Trust standards of customer service.
- Have an awareness of security/health and safety processes and procedures.
- Plan and organise own day to day tasks within the parameters set out by supervising staff.
- Assist with the arrangement of meetings, may be required to take notes of a non-complex nature.
- Plan and organise a range of straightforward tasks as directed by senior staff in line with service provision e.g. booking of clinical appointments/venues, where there is a need to adjust or reallocate work
