**Duties**:

- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and handling mail
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Type and computerise documents as required
- Assist in administrative tasks using Google Suite and QuickBooks
- Maintain organised records and files for easy retrieval

**Skills**:

- Proficient in clerical and office procedures
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately
- Competent in using computer software such as Google Suite and QuickBooks
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively

Pay: £15,898.79-£23,631.73 per year
