Do you have demonstrable administrative experience? We are looking for an enthusiastic administrator to join theHumber and North Yorkshire Keyworker Service.

This role is home working, however there will be a requirement to work at base at Willerby Hill for collaborative working and for team learning and development days.

**You should**:

- Have experience of preparing agendas, papers and writing minutes.
- Have experience of inputting data and maintaining records.
- Be a team player.
- Demonstrate interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be able to plan and prioritise effectively.
- Be motivated to contribute to the development of the service as a member of the team.
- Have the ability to support the engagement of children, young people, adults and their families/carers who access the service.

The Senior Administrative Assistant will provide administrative function to the Keyworker Hub. The Hub acts as a ‘virtual control room for operations, where system functions such as data reporting, recruitment, HR, finance, managing, and administration are undertaken to provide infrastructure and cohesion with the Spokes (Humber Spoke, covering Hull, East Riding, North Lincolnshire and North East Lincolnshire and North Yorkshire and York Spoke). You will:

- Be the first point of contact for families and professionals contacting the Keyworker Service
- Monitor and register enquiries and referrals to the service.
- Prepare for and support meetings, which will include preparing agendas and papers, minute taking and monitoring actions.
- Provide diary management, organising meetings.
- Assist with marketing the service, ensuring that information regarding the service is kept up to date.
- Provide administrative support to Keyworkers and members of the senior team.
- Assist with the procurement process, ensuring that purchase orders are raised.
- Ensure that robust clerical systems are kept in place, including maintaining databases.
