The HR Advisor will work to provide a high quality, comprehensive and effective generalist operational Human Resources service to a division within a Care Organisation. They will also support the HR Business Partner in the delivery of HR and Care Organisation objectives.

**What we’re looking for**

We're looking for a HR professional to join our team as a HR Advisor to play a crucial role in providing high quality HR services. You will have the support of an HR Business Partner, the HR Advisor team and the wider HR Team.

**Qualifying Criteria must be met**:
**1) Current HR experience with complex cases**

**2) Previous NHS experience**

**Main duties of the job**:
As a key member of the HR team, the post holder will provide professional advice and support to managers and staff on employment issues.

To provide a high quality, comprehensive and effective generalist operational Human Resources service to a division within a Care organisation. To support the HR Business Partner in the delivery of HR and Care Organisation objectives. - Substantial HR experience within the NHS at advisory level
- Experience in managing complex employee relations cases
