Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Apprentice Business Administrator. As a Apprentice Business Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting various administrative tasks. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and update office records and files
- Handle data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Provide administrative support to the management team as needed
- Conduct research and compile data for reports or presentations
- Assist in organizing company events or meetings
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
**Skills**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Social Media (Instagram & Facebook)
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette
Working hours Monday to Friday 10AM to 4PM
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship
Pay: From £6.40 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
