**About the Role**

This apprenticeship is an exciting opportunity to take the first step in your career, allowing you to study for an academic qualification while working and learning alongside friendly and experienced professionals.

You will be assisting the Technical & Engineering Manager, with various administrative tasks, whilst learning all aspects of the Technical department.

In this role, you will be doing a variety of tasks each day, including:
Observing, learning and understanding a wide range of technical skills and processes while under the instruction of skilled technical staff.

To be able to demonstrate these skills and processes as the training period progresses by working independently or with a team, to undertake tasks as instructed and increasing overall contribution to the department and company.

Training and utilisation of Computer Aided Design (CAD) and other programmes using proprietary software packages.

Adhering to all company and statutory health and safety procedures and practices

Working within established company procedures and systems

Undertaking those tasks allocated to you by members of the Department, to the required standards.

This is an 27-month apprenticeship, ideally suited for individuals who want to begin a successful and rewarding career

We are looking for a highly motivated individual, who is keen to learn and develop. We are looking for applicants who are:
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Good organisational, time management and prioritisation skills.

Ability to work on own initiative and meet deadlines.

Self-development through self-analysis and self-appraisal

Excellent attention to detail and quality of work.

Ability to build and maintain relationships
