Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the operations Manager.
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate meetings and conferences, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Conduct research and gather information as needed
- Handle confidential information with discretion

**Skills**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong clerical and data entry skills
- Familiarity with computerized systems and databases
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong administrative skills, including typing and filing

As an Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations Manager by providing administrative assistance. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office, clerical skills, data entry skills, computerized systems, phone etiquette, administrative skills, typing skills, and organizational skills will be essential in carrying out your responsibilities effectively. You will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, performing data entry tasks, assisting with inventory management, conducting research, and maintaining accurate records. Your ability to handle confidential information with discretion will be highly valued.
