Job Title: Lettings Property Administrator
**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lettings Property Administrator to oversee our rental properties portfolio. The Lettings Property Administrator will be responsible for managing all aspects of the rental process, from tenant acquisition and lease agreements to property maintenance and tenant relations. Key responsibilities include conducting property inspections, advertising vacant units, screening potential tenants, negotiating leases, and collecting rent payments.
The Lettings Property Administrator will also handle maintenance requests, coordinate repairs, and ensure properties comply with local regulations and safety standards. Additionally, the role involves maintaining positive relationships with tenants and landlords, addressing their concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform clerical duties, including typing, filing, and data entry
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information
- Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Perform rental bookkeeping tasks using a property specific software
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Lettings administrator or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using computerized systems such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision

**Salary**: £22,095.00-£22,500.00 per year
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
