As a Senior HR Coordinator you'll be a key member of the HR Services team, managing a team to ensure that Employee Lifecycle changes are completed in accordance with the relevant pay cycles, governance and approval matrices. Ensuring data integrity and the effective completion of testing on the HR system.

**Job Description**:
Your role as Senior HR Coordinator
- Day to day management of the HR Services Support Centre team including setting objectives, supporting the team by completing regular check ins, development and training
- Contribute to the continuous improvement agenda, maintaining Standard Operating processes and effectively managing change within the team.
- Understand the requirements of the complete life cycle requirements and remain up to date with any changes, eg contractual legislation
- Preparation and trend analysis of metrics in accordance with agreed SLA’s for the team right first time measures
- Working with the internal and external auditors, to confirm correct controls in place
- Act as a principle stakeholder on projects, representing the HR PSS service
- Manage HR system data & testing ensuring data integrity and the delivery of reports and information to the business.
What you'll bring
- Experience of working in HR
- Communication - clear, simple, unambiguous and well-structured verbal and written communication, and to have confidence in dealing with all areas and levels within our business.
- Issue & conflict resolution - take in information quickly and accurately and work within process guidelines to propose solutions to problems.
- Adaptability - adopt appropriate approach to suit different situations and differing audiences.
- Good level of literacy and numeracy with a minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent grade, A-C including English language and Maths.
