Client Service Co-ordinator

Hybrid role, working 3 days in the office and 2 from home, Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm
Progression available to a senior role within the team

In this role you will combine your communication and coordination ability, liaising both internally and externally. You will have a natural eye for detail and enjoy using Excel to create reports. If you have an interest in business and are keen to build corporate relationships through managing projects, call us or apply today.
Duties include:
Main point of contact for clients via email and phone
Communicating with business customers by telephone and email
Liaising with customers and internal teams to ensure projects are co-ordinated to deadlines
Updating various reports using MS Word and Excel, as well as using in-house systems
Providing the highest level of customer service
Attending meetings when fully trained, supported by senior team members We are looking for candidates who:
Enjoy speaking with clients over the telephone and via email
Have some experience working in a busy project-orientated environment
Have high attention to detail
