Responsibilities:


  • Manage the inside sales processes including customer set up, reporting, contracting etc between all internal teams
  • Oversee and develop junior co-ordinators on the team
  • Liaise with prospect and existing clients to arrange contractor and staff site surveys.
  • Generate and administrate client proposals, contracts, and invoices.
  • Maintain and support the accounts held by the Head of Sales, assisting in account management and administration
  • Liaise with other internal teams to ensure excellence in all actions with customers and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction
  • Develop product knowledge
  • Support and help co-ordinate customer events


Knowledge & Experience:


  • Ideally previous sales support/account management experience
  • Experience of generating data driven reports and database management
  • Able to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Exceptional organisational skills essential: reliable, extremely detail focused, strong sense of initiative with the ability to multitask
  • Able to take on new opportunities and challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
  • Able to work independently yet as an integral part of a close-knit team
  • Able to balance and prioritise a busy workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have excellent communication skills including report writing and excellent telephone manner
  • Strong sense of initiative and a proactive style
