**New Homes Sales Negotiator - First Year OTE £40K**

You’re someone who already understands what it takes to be a successful Negotiator. While you may or may not have worked in New Homes yet, you are up for a new challenge.

With developments spreading across London, your knowledge of local markets will quickly grow meaning you’ll be one step ahead when advising your clients where to invest. Access to our established database will be at your fingertips, opening the door for you to capitalise on an uncapped commission structure. Guided and trained by industry experts, you will have full support as you build your pipeline and work your way up the leader board.

You are the first to pick up the phone. With boundless energy and self-motivation, you know that every call could lead to your next deal. As a natural conversationalist, you will use your charm and inside knowledge to grow your business.

The sales process will seem a breeze for your clients with your straightforward approach. Working with international clients comes with the territory so building a relationship over the phone won’t get in your way; they haven’t met you yet, but they already trust you.

Skills and Experience
- Knowledge and experience of the London residential sales market (Desirable)
- Brilliant customer service skills
- Excellent time and people management
- Effective communicator with strong ability to build rapport and relationships.
- Enthusiasm and drive
- Self-motivated with the ability to motivate others
- Flexible with the ability to adapt to change

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
