New Homes Sales:

New Homes Sales is a specialism within the residential property sector and slightly different from a normal estate agency role. As a Sales Negotiator, you will work with developers rather than homeowners and will be selling properties that are usually off-plan. Our New Homes department is the largest sales team of any agent in London, and you will have the opportunity to work across different regions and multiple developments.
