About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Land and New Homes Division at Felicity J Lord as a New Homes Sales Negotiator. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register new applicants and book property viewings
  • Negotiate offers between applicants and provide expert advice on property sales and lettings law
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and buyers, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring their needs are met
  • Work closely with the sales team to secure sales and spot deals
  • Be responsible for promoting and selling new homes to clients, building and maintaining a close relationship with them throughout the sales process
  • Accompany viewings where relevant and provide expert knowledge of the properties and local area
  • Update the Rosie system with regards to uploading instructions and sales progress
  • Convince prospective clients that our agency is the right one to handle their sale and agree the terms
  • Arrange advertising to promote the property and send out details of new properties on the market to people on your database
  • Make appointments and show buyers around a property, finding buyers in a position to proceed with purchase and willing to pay an acceptable price
  • Refer buyers to mortgage arrangers for quotations and advice and refer buyers to our legal panel
Requirements
  • Proven track record within a similar role in the Land and New Homes sector or Estate agency
  • Consistent track record of achieving goals within an Estate Agency or New Homes Development
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to market and developer need
  • Full driving licence
  • Legally entitled to live and work in the UK in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act
What We Offer
  • Basic salary of £23,000 per year
  • OTE of £35,000
  • Working hours 8.30am to 6pm Mon - Fri
  • Weekend working as and when required
