New Homes Sales Negotiator

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Land and New Homes Division at Felicity J Lord as a New Homes Sales Negotiator. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Register new applicants and book property viewings
- Negotiate offers between applicants and provide expert advice on property sales and lettings law
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and buyers, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring their needs are met
- Work closely with the sales team to secure sales and spot deals
- Be responsible for promoting and selling new homes to clients, building and maintaining a close relationship with them throughout the sales process
- Accompany viewings where relevant and provide expert knowledge of the properties and local area
- Update the Rosie system with regards to uploading instructions and sales progress
- Convince prospective clients that our agency is the right one to handle their sale and agree the terms
- Arrange advertising to promote the property and send out details of new properties on the market to people on your database
- Make appointments and show buyers around a property, finding buyers in a position to proceed with purchase and willing to pay an acceptable price
- Refer buyers to mortgage arrangers for quotations and advice and refer buyers to our legal panel
- Proven track record within a similar role in the Land and New Homes sector or Estate agency
- Consistent track record of achieving goals within an Estate Agency or New Homes Development
- Willingness to learn and adapt to market and developer need
- Full driving licence
- Legally entitled to live and work in the UK in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act
- Basic salary of £23,000 per year
- OTE of £35,000
- Working hours 8.30am to 6pm Mon - Fri
- Weekend working as and when required
