About the Role

As a New Homes Sales Negotiator, you'll be at the forefront of our Land and New Homes Division, representing haart on development sites. Your primary focus will be delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales within this dynamic sector.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage new applicant registrations, ensuring they are matched with suitable developments.
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers between interested parties.
  • Cultivate relationships with developers and buyers, acting as a knowledgeable resource for both.
  • Proactively generate leads through canvassing, prospecting, and referrals.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
