Deverell Smith Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to be a key player in a major regeneration project in East London, featuring 3,500 new homes. If you have experience in new home sales and knowledge of the local market, this opportunity is perfect for you.

  • Drive sales efforts for this new development.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in new home sales
  • Strong understanding of the East London market.
  • Ability to work weekends, with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
