Office Administrator

Live & Love it is a children’s occupational therapy service supporting children aged 0-16 years.
Our studio is set in scenic grounds in Horsham. We strive to offer a family feel where children and families feel at home and work with us as part of their neurodiversity affirming team to achieve their goals and aspirations.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, confident office administrator who has a passion for working within an environment supporting children and families to help them live their life in the way that they want to live it.
Working hours Monday to Friday - 09:00 - 17:00 or 08:30 - 16:30
**Person Specification**:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Liaise with the staff team to identify meetings that need to take place and contact relevant staff and professionals to book.
- Communicate with families, schools and therapists to book assessments, send out relevant paperwork, and follow up where necessary.
- Notify clients of upcoming therapist annual leave and reschedule appointments
- Keep the electronic tracking systems up to date
- Notetaking for meetings
- Manage telephone and face-to-face enquiries from families and professionals.
- Drafting non-clinical letters, typing clinical and administrative documents in agreed formats
- Assistant staffing for group therapy sessions
