- Love Administration/back-office support?
- Methodical and accurate?
- Organised with excellent attention to detail?
- Proactive, and capable of working unsupervised?
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially **Excel**

**Duties to involve**:

- Maintain and update inhouse client records
- Assist the Sales department with any tenders received
- Help accounts with any discrepancies
- In the absence of the Client Support Manager, to deputise where required
- Answer phone calls from customers and deal with problems as they arise.

**Benefits**:
