**Company Overview**
Creative Spark is a small family run business based on the outskirts of Horsham. We started providing specialist technical services in 2015 after many years of working in the theatre and events industry and believe that great quality customer service is important to every project. We take great care to make sure that our services meet or exceed our clients’ expectations.
Our warehouse is based in Plummers Plain but we provide services across the country. We have been successfully running our business since 2015, starting with technical services for events and expanding to also provide installations and technical support for events venues, going NICEIC accreditation in 2013. We continue to grow as we strive to bring something new and different to the market place.
**The Role**
This is a job share role to support the growth of the company.
The Office Administator will be a key team member supporting the whole company, working closely with the Company Directors and Project Co-Ordinators to assist with operational administration and project logistics.
**Reports To**
The Marketing Assistant will report to the compnay directors.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- General admin support where needed for other team members
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Booking travel arrangements
- Booking crew
- Managing vehicle logistics
- Arranging conference and exhibition events
- Being knowledgeable about the services offered by Creative Spark Services Ltd
- Maintaining a positive attitude that inspires co-workers and clients to grow the business

**Skills and Qualifications**

- Educated to a minimum of GCSE grade C/4 in maths and English

- Full UK Driving License (due to the rural location of our offices you will also need your own transport)

- Experience working in an administrative role
**Hours of Work**
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12,000.00 per year
