We have an exciting opportunity for an **Motability administrative assistant** to join our growing team in **Chester on the Motability Department**. Example of day to day tasks:
- Repair and Monitoring Calls - Obtaining garage updates and updating customers
- Passing repair monitoring back over to Motability at 49 days
- Calling customers to obtain current hire mileage
- Calling customers to confirm cease hire requests
- Calling customers to arrange MOT and service appointments
- Calling customers to discuss RAC breakdowns
- Assisting on the Phones
- General Team admin duties
