Assistant Sales Office Administrator

Engineered Composites Ltd is a leading stockist of high-quality GRP (glass reinforced plastic) profiles, catering to several different industries. As we continue our growth, we are seeking a talented Assistant Sales Office Administrator to join our small and friendly team located in Saltney, Chester on the Borders 2 Industrial Park.
This full-time position entails handling key responsibilities such as:
- Answering customer calls with exceptional phone etiquette
- Processing customer orders
- Preparing sales invoices
- Calculating carriage costs, and coordinating dispatch with our carriers.
Hours of work are 8.30am to 4.30pm, 37.5 hours a week, plus overtime at increased rates.
**Qualifications and Skills**
Good communication skills.
Salary dependent on age and experience. School leavers welcome to apply.
**Salary**: £18,000.00-£20,524.32 per year
