An opportunity has arisen to employ either a part time or full time Office administrator at a busy Skip Hire Company.

It is essential that applicants have good communication skills as the role entails answering phone calls and face to face interaction with customers.

The role involves the following:
1. Answering telephone and taking bookings for 6 vehicles

2. Planning vehicle movements and producing delivery tickets on Skip track system

3. Liaising with customers at the telephone

4. Operating weighbridge

5. Assisting with general admin

Full training will be given, however a basic knowledge of computers is essential. Knowledge of Sage accounting would be an advantage as would a knowledge of Health and Safety.

The successful applicant must be able to work under own initiative and be able to adapt quickly to different situations. A good memory and attention to detail is essential. Hours can be flexible to an extent and are open to discussion.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 24-32 per week

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
