We are seeking a highly motivated individual who has excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail to provide administrative support working alongside our Office Manager.

You will assist in providing support to the Office Manager and colleagues, dealing with a wide variety of administrative tasks. You will be proactive, positive and flexible in your approach as your role will involve prioritising and adapting your daily tasks including:

- First point of contact for suppliers and customers, as well as internal and external business contacts
- Coordination of initial technical requests and sales enquiries
- Close communication with customers in relation to their order status and supporting information
- Project-related administration - training will be provided
- Basic Accounts - training will be provided
- Order processing (internal and external) and packaging
- Booking of travel and hotels
- General day-to-day administration to support the smooth running of a busy office.

At least 2 years’ experience of working in an administrative role.

Excellent communication and written communication skills to engage and communicate with senior management.

Knowledge of standard Microsoft packages mainly, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.

Ability to work independently or as a team member.

Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.

Ability to respond to enquiries tactfully, efficiently and professionally.

NB: Car Driver preferred due to rural location.
