**Sales Administrator**

We are looking for someone to join us 20 hours per week.

Whilst we are flexible regarding your work pattern our main ordering days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, therefore, we are seeking applicants who are willing to work their hours over five days or, as a minimum, our three peak order days.

**Duties**:
1. To undertake all sales administration as directed by the Customer Sales Administration Manager, with a focus on Customer Service.

To include:

- Delivery note production and organisation
- Dealing with invoice queries
- Sales invoicing inc. stock products
- Processing card payments
- Processing site call offs

2. Process placed orders using SAGE Finance Software in order to raise invoices, purchase orders and to manage stock control.

3. Preparing delivery calendar in order to plan and organise product distribution.

4. Update stock control in order to inform production levels.

5. Advising on special lintels as they come into stock to ensure they are allocated to correct site.

6. Administration of PODs, liaising with buyers when there are price discrepancies, schedule, site queries and invoice queries.

7. Develop site relationships, by providing schedules and dealing with delivery and stock queries.

8. Management of filing, and archiving systems.

9. Liaise with customers to confirm requirements and ensure customer satisfaction and by providing accurate and timely product information, in order to process order placements.

10. Working as part of the wider Administration Teams, provide support as and when required to cover absences and peak periods. This may include sending sales invoices and Credit Control.

11. To support the wider sales team by attending occasional events and exhibitions as part of the Westline team, as and when required.

12. To assist with stocktaking.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or similar role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous experience of SAGE Accounting Software
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude
- Level 3 in Business Administration or relevant field is a plus.
