**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handling incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner
- Assisting the Finance Manager by matching, checking, coding, and posting purchase invoices
- Reconciling statements as and when required
- Monitoring and reporting on employee timesheets to ensure wages and overtime are entered correctly for payroll
- Managing Customer Care enquiries - producing reports, regularly updating CRM software, and effectively communicating with internal and external sales teams
- Preparing documents for new starters and booking training courses when required
- Creating compelling content for monthly staff newsletter
- Supporting the sales and senior management team with various administrative tasks
- Ordering of items such as stationary, uniforms and any other equipment necessary

**Salary**: From £22,000.00 per year
