Admin Assistant

Duties:
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Utilise Microsoft Office for documentation and communication
- Type, computerise, and maintain records and reports
- Assist with basic bookkeeping - Provide clerical support such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Answer phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Support the office with general administrative tasks
Experience:
- Proven experience in a finance administrative role is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent data entry accuracy and speed
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £6.40-£11.44 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (required)
