Payments Support Assistant

Our client based in the outskirts of Chester is currently looking to add a Payment Support Assistant on a hybrid short term contract.

**Duties to include**:

- Performing two-factor call backs with our customers to verify payment details and requests
- Adding/removing/editing beneficiary details on our order management system
- Assigning beneficiaries to orders, upon request from clients/account managers
- Updating internal system payment statuses
- Supporting the payments team and admin team with general duties
- Excellent telephone manner
- Attention to detail and an understanding of risk
- Computer literate
- Numeracy and literacy skills
- Previous relevant experience in a financial services or customer services environment is desirable
