Chester Composites Ltd are a GRP manufacturer, who specialise in the construction of modular buildings including glamping pods, accessible toilet pods, and changing places toilets. All our products are constructed from fibreglass and finished onsite.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain and update company databases and filing systems
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events
- Perform general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
- Reply to glamping pod sales enquiries
- Looking after new and existing customers
- Updating social media
- Organising shows
- Renewing pricing on an annual basis
- Arranging deliveries
- Issuing quotes and invoices
- Organising aftercare

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Professional demeanor with a positive attitude
