**About us**
Collective group of Taxi and Chauffeur companies based around the North West.
Call centre staff required for immediate start in our Taxi Booking office based in Chester Town Centre. The role will provide a great opportunity to use excellent sales/admin skills, speedy data entry, excellent spoken English and a clear telephone and personal manner.
All necessary training provided.
**Duties**:
- Answering telephone calls
- Inputting details into our advanced computerised system
- Providing quotations to customers
- Dealing with bookings and enquiries
- Dealing with customers
- Delivering a high level of customer service at all times
**Key skills and competencies required**:
- Must have excellent communication skills and have a professional manner
- Good written communication, computer skills
- Good geographical knowledge of Chester & surrounding areas preferred
- Able to work variable hours including evenings & weekends
- Experience in a call centre or sales is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills
- Flexible work ethic polite manner and well spoken
- Self
- motivated
- Good time keeping
**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour
