**Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to)**:

- Provide general HR administrative support to the HR team and clients.
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of employee records, including contracts, personnel files, and HR databases including Breathe HR & My HR Toolkit.
- Coordinate recruitment processes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference & right to work checks.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Prepare HR documentation, including offer letters, employment contracts, and policy/handbook updates.
- Respond to employee and client queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Support the HR team with ad hoc projects and tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- CIPD Level 3 qualification or working towards.
- Previous experience in an HR administrative role.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with HR software and databases is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work.

Pay: From £11.44 per hour
