Clinic Support Secretary

**About the role**
In this role, you will provide a professional front line telephone and reception services, in addition to a number of secretarial functions. You will provide clinic support via the production of accurate written work, the maintenance of electronic records and a range of other administrative tasks.
You must have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience of using patient administration software, or comparable systems. You must also be able to quickly understand and learn processes, and demonstrate discretion & resilience when dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
