Building on our track record of delivering pioneering research we are recruiting for a National Clinical Coordinator to join our innovative team and play a pivotal role in advancing research.
Reporting to the Clinical Operational Lead you will be supporting the delivery and management of EMS Healthcare's clinical research portfolio of studies.
The role is varied, and you will be responsible for supporting the Regional Clinical Service Manager(s) to coordinate training, scheduling rota's and understanding staffing requirements across all Community Research Sites nationally in line with the requirements of the study and client.
You will work with the Regional Clinical Service Managers, Clinical Operational Lead and staff across the Community Research Sites to ensure high standards of service delivery at all times – ensuring that staffing levels are maintained at the required level and that the units are adhering to all training requirements.
This may involve travelling to our Community Research Sites as required.   Cover will also be required for Community Research Sites where applicable for roles that National Clinical Coordinator is appropriately trained and experienced to undertake, to cover for sickness and planned absence.   There will be collaboration with the Clinical Operations and Client Services Team at EMS Head office to ensure that the training and staffing elements of service delivery run smoothly.  You will be part of the Clinical Operations Team at EMS Healthcare and work collaboratively with our other teams to ensure efficient delivery of clinical research projects.  Requirements To be successful in this role you will need the following experience and skills: Minimum of 2 years working in a research setting??  Experience in the conduct of clinical trials??  Experience of managing training logs, competency-based training and training plans in a research setting  Experience in rota management and staff capacity planning.
  Knowledge of relevant research regulations and guidelines, such as ICH-GCP and their practical implementation?  Hold a full and clean drivers' licence Have the right to live and work in the UK.
