Due to expansion an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Success Specialist to join a growing Onboarding team in Innovative Technology Company in Cambridge. Our client is looking for a proactive self-starter with the ability to build rapport and assist the clients in their Onboarding journey. This is a great opportunity to really make this role your own. **As the Customer Success Specialist, you will be**:

- The first point of contact for new and existing customers, helping them to solve their problems and be successful with the service
- Supporting reseller partners with information and customer onboarding so that

they deliver excellent service to their customers.
- Handling customer inquiries and updates on orders
- Monitoring customer accounts on systems to ensure a high-quality service.

(training will be provided)
- Co-ordinating customer invoicing and following up on overdue payments.
- Co-ordinating shipments and deliveries to customers
- Supporting field teams with planning and executing customer visits

As the Customer Success Specialist, you will have:

- Previous experience of working in a technology company
- High level of Customer Service Skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and within a team
- Experience of CRM systems, managing internal tickets and supporting the customer in their journey
