We have an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. The main purpose of this role is to support the Contracts Co-ordinators and Contracts Managers by providing admin support.

Duties include.
- Day to Day administration support
- Dealing with telephone inquiries and coordinating actions.
- Maintaining Company databases, updating job notes, raising purchase orders.
- Processing invoicing onto the database.
- Supporting other departments as required, such as Health and Safety and accounts as required.

**Qualifications and skills**:

- Prior 1 to 2 years’ experience in the office/administrative roles
- Must be able to work productively on own & in a fast-paced environment.
- Consistent accuracy with a high volume of data processing
- The ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize work.
- Experienced with Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
