This could be the role for you Helping to develop a detailed understanding of the people issues and challenges to provide proactive, innovative, strategic support and guide on all aspects of the people and employment matters. The role can be based in either of a few sites in the London and South East region and gives great flexibility to also WFH.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Provide timely and expert advice to managers on all people related matters
- Manage, support and develop People Advisors
- Provide coaching and mentoring to ensure consistently high standards of service delivery
- Ensure effective management of employee relation issues
- Partner with senior managers on workforce and succession planning, staffing structures and job roles to meet organisational needs
- Manage TUPE processes and consultation requirements
- Manage the people aspect of restructures, ensuring processes are run according to policy and completed within timescales
- Work in collaboration with the wider people team to ensure all transactional and administrative processes are carried out effectively and efficiently
- Coach, influence and enable senior leaders to provide clear direction to maximise performance and engagement

Experience required:

- CIPD Level 7 qualified
- Excellent analytical and people management skills
- Excellent understanding of up-to-date employment law
- Experience of generalist HR in advising and coaching managers on best practice
- Demonstratable experience of collaborative working with key stakeholders
- Ability to hold challenging conversations whilst remaining firm but fair
