The roleReporting to the People Support Manager, within the Shared Services team, you’ll provide a comprehensive, efficient, and customer-focussed people administration service for your business areas. You’ll administer all employee lifecycle processes, policies, and procedures in an accurate and timely manner and proactively deal with and resolve People-related enquiries.As a colleague in the People services team, you will deliver a first class service to other colleagues, residents and external customers and partners.Acting as the initial point of contact for colleagues and line managers, answering queries on process, policy, and procedure, referring to the People Support Manager and the Head of People Shared Services (or People Business or Recruitment Partners), where a more comprehensive response is required.What you'll needExperience of using human capital management systems (e.g. ResourceLink, Workday, Unit 4 Business World, Oracle, etc.)Experience of administering and actioning employee lifecycle processes in a busy HR environmentProven track record of providing people administrative support to a multi-site, multi-disciplined businessExcellent attention to detail and accuracyThis is a Fixed Term role until 28 February 2025The location You’ll be based at one of our main offices in either Farringdon or Sittingbourne.Close date for applications: Tuesday 28 May 2024 @ midnightShortlisting will take place week commencing 27 May 2024About usAt Southern Housing, our residents are at the heart of everything we do.
