We have two newly created roles for National Trust, Inclusion & Belonging Co-ordinators on a 2-year fixed term basis. Reporting into the Inclusion & Belonging Officer for our North Region and will support in the delivery of our regional Everyone Welcome ambitions.
As part of our regional Everyone Welcome Team its all about collaboration with a wide range of regional stakeholders, Management and external partners to help the National Trust become a more inclusive and welcoming organisation.

What you'll be doing:You'll co-ordinate delivery of one of our three workstream areas based on our regional demographics. You will display an interest and passion for our inclusion work, and act as a champion for Everyone Welcome in the region sharing best practice and building confidence.
You'll provide high quality project support to ensure our regional Everyone Welcome ambitions are met, using organisation and prioritisation skills to balance competing demands.
You'll engage and communicate effectively with colleagues, building awareness of our regional Everyone Welcome work whilst proactively involving staff and partners.

- Passionate about **diversity **& **inclusion **and have experience of leading on/delivery of inclusion projects or initiatives
- Experienced in collaborating with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to co-design delivery plans
- Organised, a planner, and able to prioritise your time using project co-ordination principles to meet key deadlines
- Personable and highly adept at forming trusted working relationships with others to influence their approach to diversity and inclusion
- Happy to work as part of a team to share ideas and best practice around diversity and inclusion with others
- An effective communicator who can support with internal and external championing of our work around diversity and inclusion
- Experience of interpreting information and data to inform decision making, make recommendations and measure the impact and outcome
