This role will support on all Operational Engagement and collaboration with Ground Handlers and Ground Service Suppliers, to drive improvements and deliver for passengers.
- Support Engagement with our Ground Services partners.
- Create and integrate a customer relationship for cross-business activities focusing on the Ground Handlers.
- Work in partnership with internal colleagues to deliver effective Account Management.
- Lead day-to-day relationships with Ground Handlers.
- Enhance communication and relationships between Heathrow, Ground Handlers and Airlines.
- Ensure Ground Handlers are represented at governance meetings.
- Establish and systemise the GOL and COU assurance framework with airport operations and stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of the aviation industry.
- Engagement focussed with experience managing multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, oral and presentations) to enable effective communication.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

- Knowledge of Heathrow’s operation.
- Understanding of Ground Handling activities.
