As a Health and Safety conscious individual, you will play a pivotal role in advancing Heathrow’s landside Operations through diverse projects. Serving as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, you will justify changes and collaborate with third parties to highlight important information.

Your responsibilities include daily liaison and support for operational performance. In peak periods or disruptive events, you will assume a key role in incident responses. In essence, you will serve as the central point of contact for all inquiries related to landside operations.
- Maintain and devise office systems including data management, assisting with correspondence, and preparation of reports and presentations.
- Liaise and support operational performance.
- Play an active role in supporting the operational teams during contingency incident response.
- Provide information that meets stakeholder requirements.
- Ensure Heathrow Colleagues, business partners and third-party suppliers work within Heathrow’s Heath, Safety and Fire Regulatory framework.
- Ability to build great relationships with all Stakeholders.
- Evidence of initiating and delivering continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate capability, confidence and resilience in responding to operational demands.

**Ideally, you will have**:

- Ability to adapt to changes quickly.
