The People Insights team are responsible for the reporting of People data and analytics and development of People Insights to inform future people initiatives and support Heathrow in making data led decisions. This role will require curiosity to look beneath the surface of data to derive insights and test hypotheses to drive action across the People team.

This role will be part of the journey to develop and establish the team including ways of working, so the job holder will need to be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, changing priorities and balancing short
- and longer-term deliverables.
- Owning the People Data Governance guide which data sources and definitions for KPIs and performance metrics.
- Developing, delivering and improving a suite of reports and dashboards to regularly monitor the agreed metrics and KPIs.
- Maintaining and improving robust ways of working to ensure all People Data users refer to the same data by introducing a single version of the truth.
- Collaborating with the People Business Partners to share a functional view of People Metrics and performance with each of the functional areas focussing on influencing functions to take action to improve.
- Unlocking data and making it accessible to the business, helping drive a move to a self-service, data led culture. Also being able to story tell with the outputs of the reporting and analytics to help the People team and the Business understand the “so what”.
- Strong Power BI and Excel experience from previous role
- Demonstrable capability to conduct detailed and complex analysis and modelling of large data sets from multiple sources
- Strong communicator who is adept at delivering insights to non-analytical audiences in order to influence decision making
- Experience in an organisation of a similar size and complexity
- Experience in Data Process, Governance and Controls
