Role Overview

Ensure the retention of profitable customers through providing added value to their customer experience. You will also be required to build internal relationships with key stakeholders.

You will work as part of the TGS Customer Operations team, responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Contribute to the growth of our client order bank through building and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers.
- Processing sales orders as required including organising handover meetings that are required between departments.
- Keeping customers informed of build progress updates and completion of monthly/weekly SLA’s.
- Attending conference calls and customer visits as required.
- Tracking vehicle availability and keeping systems and Production up to date. Liaise with Logistics to manage vehicle movements as required.
- Notifying customers of vehicle completions and arranging handover/delivery as required.
- Maintain contact with customers to obtain feedback regarding product/service quality.
- Attend daily huddles and meetings as required.
- Organising and managing 3rd party contractors as required.
- Build relationships within the team and with other teams across the business, recognising the internal customer that needs to be satisfied.
- Ensure quality data is uploaded into internal systems in a timely manner.
- Administrative support to other team members as required.

Key skill Required
- **Customer Contact** - Experience of direct contact with customers is essential.
- **Communication **- Strong communication and telephone skills required.
- **Internal /External Relationship building - **Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external customers.
- **Accuracy **- High level of accuracy required in all work produced.
- **Organization skills** - Ability to track several projects, client accounts, and activities simultaneously.
- **IT**:

- high degree of computer literacy.

**Account Management **- Experience at high level.

**Salary**: £31,000.00-£31,500.00 per year
